Email bidding will close at 6pm on Friday 23rd June. If reserve prices are not met we will hold a live auction at the Summer Fete at 3.15pm.

Can you help on a stall? Even for half an hour?

Contact us at ptfastjohnsn11@yahoo.com if you can help in any way on the day of the summer fete.

Click here for more details on the stalls where we need help – so if you fancy serving Pimms, can help in the Hair Salon or Nail Bar, or feel confident doing some face painting then please let us know. People will be needed to set up from 10am, run stalls from 12-4pm and to clear up from 4-5pm. If you could help at some point in the day it would be much appreciated.

Other ways you can help:

  • make a cake for the cake stall
  • donate toys and books and dvds your children have outgrown
  • offer a service parents can bid on in the auction.

We will be having another non-uniform Donation Day where in return for being allowed to wear their own clothes to school the children bring a donation for the tombolas, or pay £2 so that we can buy supplies for these stalls. The next Donation Day is on Friday 16th June for bottles.

Thank you for your support.
